The Passport Collective: FAQ

A curated peer advising community. Serious thinking, in good company.
The Passport Collective is designed for individuals navigating meaningful responsibility in their work - whether leading teams, running organizations, or driving complex initiatives (or preparing to do so as part of their professional journey). Cohorts are intentionally composed of people at a similar place in their professional path, navigating similar questions and challenges, so conversations are relevant, grounded, and immediately useful.
There are many professional communities - very few are designed like this. The Passport Collective is curated, not open enrollment, bringing together a small group of professionals at a similar stage who are navigating similar questions. Cohorts are intentionally small (6-10 members), allowing for real depth, trust, and meaningful engagement. Sessions are facilitated with purpose - focused on substance, momentum, and real value, not just conversation. The experience is built on reciprocity, where every member contributes and benefits, and it stays grounded in real life - focused on the actual challenges, decisions, and opportunities members are navigating right now.
Cohorts typically run for 3 - 4 months and meet twice per month. Sessions are a few hours long and scheduled in advance with clear start and end times. Between sessions, participants connect with a peer partner for check-ins and ongoing support, and have access to one-on-one advising with their cohort facilitator.
The Passport Collective is intentionally priced to be accessible for nonprofit leaders, decision-makers and rising stars, while reflecting the depth and quality of the experience. Specific pricing varies by cohort and format. More details are available upon request. Get in touch!
Each cohort includes 6-10 members, intentionally selected for fit and alignment, and meets regularly in a facilitated format. Sessions balance real-time problem solving, reflection, shared tools and frameworks, and accountability. Participants are paired with a peer partner, and have access to one-on-one advising with their cohort facilitator. Learn more about how The Passport Collective works.
Participants bring the work that matters most. This may include strategic questions, leadership challenges, decisions they’re navigating, or ideas they’re trying to develop. The experience is driven by what is most relevant and pressing for the group - not a fixed curriculum.
Participants leave with greater clarity, stronger decision-making, and tangible progress on the work that matters most. Many also build lasting relationships with peers who become trusted thought partners well beyond the program.
The Passport Collective is for individuals who are open, reflective, and willing to engage actively - both in giving and receiving input. If you are looking for a space to think more deeply, be challenged, and make meaningful progress alongside others doing similar work, this is likely a strong fit. Reach out for a conversation!
While many participants work in the nonprofit sector, The Passport Collective is open to individuals whose work is mission-driven or aligned with similar values. The most important factor is that participants are navigating complex, meaningful work, and are eager to engage deeply and thoughtfully with others.
