Leveraging best practices and deep expertise from leaders across the sector, members serve as each others’ individual Board of Strategic Advisors, revealing new ways to address complex leadership challenges and opportunities to explore deeper purpose in their professional lives.

Who should join The Passport Collective?

The Passport Collective serves high-achieving women who are seeking deep, strategic guidance in their journey to greater success and deeper fulfillment, and are interested in exploring the following questions:

How do I redefine success? How do I achieve that?

How do I want to give back? What is my contribution?

What are my values and purpose? How do I weave them through every aspect of my life?

You should apply if you should apply if you are:

  • Seeking expertise and guidance from a group of trusted advisors committed to helping you achieve your next step – from addressing complex leadership challenges, to repositioning yourself for greater purpose and fulfillment.
  • Able and willing to offer your best thinking to support the success of each member of your Passport Collective cohort.

You should apply if you are able to commit to showing up for yourself and your peers - every step of the way. Your Passport Collective relationships will become some of the deepest, most significant friendships in your life.

How does The Passport Collective work?

We are leaders committed to lifelong learning.

Each Passport Collective Mastermind Cohort is comprised of 8-10 peers, screened and selected for the following:

  • Stage in their leadership lifecycle
  • Skills and expertise to be offered
  • Goals and challenges to be addressed
  • Cultural fit to ensure trust, courage, humor, warmth and honesty

Your Passport Collective Mastermind Cohort will commit to each other for a six-month program. All members will have the opportunity to renew.

Your Passport Collective Mastermind Cohort will launch with a three-day, in-person, facilitated retreat, where you will form lifelong relationships with your own individual Board of Strategic Advisors, committed to supporting and advising one another as each of you plan for your next big step, innovation or transition. Each member is a deeply seasoned leader, willing to offer (and receive) a wealth of experience, best practices, insight and connections, collectively raising the bar for the entire group.

After the retreat, your Passport Collective cohort will convene monthly, in a four-hour, facilitated virtual session to continue the work - to discuss and advise, develop action plans, maintain accountability, and celebrate the success of each member.
