A peer advising cohort for nonprofit decision-makers who want stronger strategy skills - and smarter answers to their toughest organizational challenges.
Starting in September, THE BARCELONA CIRCLE is a three-month peer advising and learning cohort for nonprofit decision-makers who want to strengthen their organization’s in-house strategic planning capability. Designed for leaders preparing for 2027 and beyond, the cohort combines practical frameworks, facilitated peer exchange, and one-on-one advising to help participants lead strategy with greater clarity and confidence.
Cohorts are intentionally curated and limited to 6-10 participants to ensure meaningful conversation, strong chemistry, and practical value.
