The Passport Collective: How it Works

Members join a curated cohort of peers at a similar stage in their journey - people grappling with comparable challenges and asking many of the same questions.
What makes it work is the group itself. Members come from different fields, bringing distinct perspectives and experience - creating a space where ideas are tested, assumptions are challenged, and new approaches emerge. The result is not just better answers, but broader thinking, sharper decisions, and exposure to tools and practices that don’t typically exist within a single organization or sector.
Cohorts are facilitated to balance structure, flexibility, and depth... so each member is both supported and challenged - making meaningful progress over time.
Cohorts include 6 - 10 members and run for 3 - 4 months, meeting twice per month in a virtual or hybrid format. Sessions are scheduled in advance, with clear start and end times - making it easy to plan and fully engage.
These sessions create space for real-time problem solving, thoughtful discussion and reflection, shared tools and perspective, and accountability around the work that matters most.

The work doesn't stop when the session ends.
Each member is paired with a peer partner - a trusted thought partner within the cohort - for monthly check-ins and ongoing support between sessions. These relationships often become one of the most valuable parts of the experience: a consistent, go-to person who understands your work and your context.
In addition to cohort sessions, members have monthly one-on-one advising sessions with their cohort facilitator.
These conversations create space to go deeper - whether that’s working through a specific challenge, refining a decision, or thinking strategically about what comes next.
