All participants must apply and participate in The Passport Collective interview process to join a Mastermind cohort. If space is available, and your colleague is a good fit for your Mastermind cohort, we would be happy to welcome them to the group.
Otherwise, they will be assigned to another Mastermind cohort.
Early registration for a The Passport Collective membership is $11,999. Standard registration is $14,999.
The fee for your six-month Passport Collective membership includes your Mastermind Retreat and monthly, facilitated, virtual Mastermind sessions.
Membership can be renewed every six months.
Yes. All Passport Collective Mastermind Retreat participants will have their own room.
Once you have been accepted in the Mastermind Cohort, you will have the opportunity to submit any dietary restrictions, and other requests and requirements to ensure that you have a wonderful retreat.
All participants will receive a packing list, based on the location, season and available amenities at your retreat site. Dress casually and show up as your Saturday-afternoon self.
We welcome referrals! The Passport Collective continues to grow by word-of-mouth. In fact, should your colleague join The Passport Collective, we would be happy to thank you with a referral fee. Please contact us for more information.

Each Passport Collective Mastermind Retreat starts at 9am, lasts three days, and ends at noon. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate participants the night before or after the retreat.
All participants will receive a workbook to complete prior to their arrival.
This workbook prepares participants with the first steps of this journey, and will include activities that focus on:
•Differentiating between short-term wins and long-term success, and understanding what is required for each
•Defining your roadblocks and key opportunities
•Articulating your core values, areas of genius and purpose, and building a roadmap that embeds all of these things in everything you do
•Harnessing the ego, and opening oneself to new perspectives, honest feedback, and innovative ideas
