What happens at my Passport Collective Mastermind Retreat?

Your Passport Collective Cohort will launch with a three-day, in-person, facilitated retreat, where you will form lifelong relationships with your own individual Board of Strategic Advisors, committed to supporting and advising each other as each of you plan for your next big step, innovation or transition.

Every retreat will include:

  • Hot-seat / Spotlight opportunities for each member to present and receive deep, strategic advice from the group on leadership challenges;
  • Structured one-on-one collaborative conversations with every member of the group;
  • Small, medium and large-group activities to build skills and deepen connection;
  • Sessions to explore and deepen our core values and purpose, and work to embed that in every facet of our lives;Individual time for reflection and recreation.

Retreats are held in a tranquil, beautiful, rural setting, at a private estate, or a full buy-out of an exclusive Bed and Breakfast.

MONTHLY Sessions

What happens during my monthly Passport Collective Mastermind sessions?

After your retreat, your Passport Collective cohort will convene monthly, in a four-hour, facilitated virtual session to continue the work - to discuss, diagnose and advise, to develop action plans, maintain accountability, and celebrate the success of each member.

Members will:

  • Share and celebrate wins.
  • Discuss, diagnose and advise on peers' leadership challenges using the hot-seat model.
  • Explore the range of effective leadership through thought-provoking, facilitated group discussions.
  • Explore critical questions around redefining success, contribution and impact, and purpose and values.
  • Establish accountability goals for the next session.

Members will be offered individual, monthly advising sessions with their retreat facilitator for strategic input and accountability.

Members will be able, and are encouraged, to follow up with each other in-between monthly sessions as desired.

Six-month membership fees
$12,000       Early registration
$15,000       Standard registration

Your six-month Passport Collective membership includes your Mastermind Cohort Retreat and monthly sessions. Membership can be renewed every six months.
